Return Policy
Damaged, Defective Or Not As Described
In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ then we will issue refund after it is proved that the product is defective/damaged and such product has to be shipped back to us. Email us: buchhaltung@nail-artists.com. Refund will be initiated only if the product is sent back to us within 30 days.
Cancellation
In case you want to cancel the order before the product is being dispatched from our warehouses, we issue 100% Refund. Which can be used for any further purchase. If we have already started handling your order, we will not be able to cancel the order. Nail Artists GmbH holds the right to cancel orders at any given time, either due to non-availability, pricing error or any such circumstances where we will not be able to fulfill the order.
Cancellation Due to refusal to accept the package
In case the customer does not take the delivery of the product when attempted by courier person or refuse the package during delivery. We will not be able to refund the amount. Please note that the shipping cost on the outbound shipment is not refundable.
Refund
It takes 1-5 working days to process returns. Please allow another 5-10 working days to receive the reimbursement. Refunds will be processed to either your bank account or credit card account. The restocking fee is Euro 20.
The credit for this repayment will be credited to your personal customer account and offset against subsequent orders, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you.
Return And Exchange Process
If you find a problem with the product, please send an email: buchhaltung@nail-artists.com, the email includes the date of order, product name, buyer’s name, reason for return (with high-definition video or pictures showing the product problem) The team will review and reply to your email within 72 hours. After review, it is determined that it is our fault. We will inform you of the return address and contact information. After you receive our email, you can pack all the products and send them to the address we provide within 5 working days. For insurance, please use international traceable logistics to facilitate verification.Our after-sales service will send you new products within 5 working days after receiving the products you sent, and you can wait to accept the new products.
Please note that shipment and refund periods may vary depending on which (non-)European country is applicable.
Logistics Costs For Returns
We kindly ask you to bear the shipping costs for returning damaged or defective products. We guarantee to compensate those costs with your next order. Unpaid return packages will not be accepted by Nail Artists GmbH.
